We take a simple 10%, you keep the rest.
This is half of what I’ve paid previous management companies and less than half of what others are charging.

*Plus a $50/mo software fee
to cover the software, tools, and technology needed to operate your properties. We are always exploring the best available resources, and we may choose to switch up your tech stack to better manage your properties, but with scaled pricing from our combined listings you’ll always save on software fees.

Once we understand the specifics of your properties, my team will handle everything for you from managing bookings and guests communications to coordinating with your housekeepers and maintenance.

* All you have to do is share your contacts and continue paying the invoices from your housekeeping and maintenance teams.

There may be a few questions to answer as we get going, but everything is documented and systemized so we don’t have to ask you again. You can kick back and let the assets work for you.

We just need your links and logins to get going.

My team can have everything ready to rock in under a week (depending on the number of properties you have).

We will receive all payments on your behalf so we can easily handle any payment issues and resolutions without your involvement.

You’ll receive a direct deposit every month.

We’ll even calculate your STR taxes owed each month.

My team will create a custom housekeeping checklist for each property that your housekeeper will submit at each turnover to ensure nothing gets missed.

We will send you a report every month with the performance of your properties.
