There are many ways to do this, lots of which we have discussed in prior episodes like guidebooks and automated messages, but there is a third piece that's super simple to implement. A third piece that is often more helpful for our older guests that shy away from technology and digital apps. This week we're talking about old school guidebooks. Yes, printed versions. Should we have one in our rental? What should it consist of?
