Acquired a duplex & a single family home in Northern California. Began staying in Airbnb’s and seeing the opportunity for short-term rentals.

Began working as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker and learned how to analyze deals, run comps, understand markets and cycles. $2B in transactions.

Converted my first long-term rental into a short-term
rental and started seeing 4x – 8x returns of previous units
which allowed me to scale faster. 🚀

Left America to live full-time in Colombia.
