Caught the travel bug on a high school trip to Spain. Wanted to find a way to earn a living while traveling the world.

Worked in restaurants and hospitality to pay for college and dreams of traveling.

Studied International Business in Barcelona thinking it
could land me a job that would give me the freedom to travel.

Started my career as a contractor for a business
management software company to fund my real-estate and travel dreams.

Saved up enough to buy my first property: a 4-plex in Sacramento, CA where my rent was covered by the other 3 units.

Decided to get my Real Estate license, thinking it would help my Real Estate investments. It didn’t.

Acquired a duplex & a single family home in Northern California. Began staying in Airbnb’s and seeing the opportunity for short-term rentals.

Began working as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker
and learned how to analyze deals, run comps, understand
markets and cycles. $2B in transactions.

Read 4-hour work week and quit my job as an investment broker.
Became ‘nomadic’.
Bought a one-way ticket and worked my software job from Argentina.  Boss never noticed I left the country, so I tested the boundaries working abroad until I got busted 4 years later while working in Ukraine.

Converted my first long-term rental into a short-term
rental and started seeing 4x – 8x returns of previous units
which allowed me to scale faster. 🚀
