Tim is an amazing entrepreneur and educator. He delivers nuggets of value each week in a sustainable format. For me, excessively long shows with long interviews and lots of ads just isn’t sustainable. I wish I would have found this podcast sooner. I’ve been managing our reviews strategy over the past few months, and the episodes about getting reviews removed are dead-on. Document everything. Bookmark the reviews policy/content guidelines for all OTA sites (and Google). If you message support to request removal, don’t just send internal screenshots & links - include a link to their own website to show the policy that’s in violation. Search Reddit for AMAs to see if any OTA employees have shared insight on how and when they approve review removals or cancellation penalty waivers.

This guy kicks nonstop knowledge for topics anywhere from getting started, best markets for arbitrage, furnishing down to the plungers and where to store them etc. One of the best podcasts I found on the topic.

As a Realtor and real estate investor for the lady 20 years, I thought I knew everything I needed to know about buying a short term rental. After listening to this podcast I realized that this was a niche worth exploring more. Tim seems like a knowledgeable, down-to-earth guy with valuable insight.
